They are famous NGO in Japan.

This is very ecology & soulful store.
But it's far from Station by walk.

Chaya Macrobiotics

[Organic & Natural Food , Vegetarian & Macrobiotic , chain store ]

No White Suger, No Meat, No Egg, No Milk.
Brown Rice, Whole Food and Organic Vegetables.

I recommend Cafe in Jiyugaoka.
That is inside the Gardening shop.
The shop is called "Thanks Nature".
There are a lot of Greens.

Actually, I don't like Shinjuku Restaurant.
Because of dark atmosphere and too expensive.

Dinner: 3,000-5,000 yen

KIYO'S KITCHEN DELI

They are providing Organic & Handmade Deli.
It is difficult to find store like that.

My favorite is "Wayasai no Ratatouyu".
It's Ratatouille made by Japanese Vegetables.

KIYO'S KITCHEN began as a restaurant at first.
I recomend the restaurant, too.

Otoya

[Japanese Set Meal , chain store ]

Rice, Miso soup and some dishes.
These are the Japanese standard meal.

We call this "Teishoku", it means Set Meal.
"Teishoku-ya" means Japanese Set Meal Restaurant.

Cheep and Delicious, for Daily use.

Otoya has so many Restaurants in Tokyo.
So I can't write all stores here.
